How long does design work take?
Simple logo or single item: 2 to 3 working days. Full brand pack: 5 to 10 working days. We confirm timeline with each brief.
What do I get as final files?
Vector (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg), plus PNG versions for web. For logos, we supply full colour, black only, and white only variations.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two rounds of changes are standard. Additional rounds at hourly rate (£40 per hour). Most projects only need one round.
Can I use the design elsewhere later?
Yes. You own the final artwork. Use it on future prints, web, social, wherever you need.
Do I need to know what I want?
No. A rough sketch, brand name, and 2 to 3 reference designs you like is enough to start. Our designer builds from there.
Can you design and print in the same order?
Yes. Most customers do. We design, get your approval, then print directly. Saves time and ensures consistency.
