DTF prints on fabrics DTG cannot touch
DTG needs 100% cotton. DTF needs nothing. Transfer film bonds to virtually any fabric with heat and pressure alone.
Sportswear and polyester
100% polyester kits, jerseys, running vests and training tops. DTG ink does not bond to polyester. DTF does.
Hi-vis and workwear
Reflective safety vests, high-vis jackets and flame-resistant workwear. Certified compatible with EN ISO 20471 fabrics.
Waterproof and technical
Softshell jackets, waterproof coats and outdoor gear. DTF transfers flex with the fabric and do not crack under movement.
Bags, caps and accessories
Canvas tote bags, polyester caps, nylon laptop bags and neoprene items. Any flat or slightly curved surface.
Multiple designs, one sheet, fraction of the price
A gang sheet fills a single A2 or A3 film sheet with multiple designs or sizes, all cut apart after printing. You only pay for the sheet, not per individual piece.
Perfect for: mixed-size orders, sample runs, wholesalers who need 6 different logos at once, or anyone testing multiple designs before committing to a full run.
- A3 gang sheet: Fits roughly 4 to 8 designs depending on size. From £12.
- A2 gang sheet: Fits up to 16 small designs or 6 large prints. From £20.
- Send artwork: Supply individual PNGs at 300dpi. We tile them on the sheet.
