Custom Printed and Embroidered Products
All garments printed or embroidered to your specification are made to order. Because each item is produced uniquely for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products unless the item is faulty or significantly different from what was approved.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a print defect, embroidery error, or is materially different from the approved proof, we will replace or refund the affected items at no cost to you. To raise a defect claim:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the fault.
- We will assess the claim and respond within 2 business days.
Non-Defective Returns
We do not accept returns for custom printed or embroidered items where the product has been made correctly to your approved design. This includes size changes, colour preference changes, or change of mind after production has started.
For blank or unprinted garment orders, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on custom printed or embroidered products. If you need a different size or colour after ordering, a new order will need to be placed.
Digital Files and Design Work
Design services and digital print files are non-refundable once the work has been delivered.
