How does sequential numbering work?

Each ticket gets a unique number printed in red, usually 4 or 6 digits, starting from 0001. Numbers print in a specific position (top right or bottom corner). On perforated tickets the same number appears on the stub and the counterfoil for easy matching.

How quickly can I get event tickets printed in London?

Same day collection possible on small runs (up to 250 tickets) with print-ready file dropped at our Putney Heath shop by 11am. Perforated stub tickets and security features typically 1 to 3 working days. Booklets need additional binding time.

What is a perforated stub ticket?

A two-section ticket with a perforation line between them. Customer keeps one half as their ticket, the other half (counterfoil) is collected at the door for entry record. Both halves carry the same unique number for matching. Standard for raffles, charity events, school fairs.

Can you add security features?

Yes. Foil details, holograms, watermarks, micro-text, UV-reactive ink, sequential barcodes, QR codes. All make tickets hard to counterfeit. Recommended for ticketed concerts, festivals, paid admission events.

What file format should I send?

PDF at 100% size with 3mm bleed each side, CMYK colour mode, 300dpi for images, fonts outlined. Leave a clear 20 x 12mm area where the sequential number will be printed. We provide a free template per ticket layout.

Can you print wristbands instead of tickets?

Yes. Tyvek paper wristbands (tearproof, waterproof) or vinyl wristbands with custom print and adjustable snap. Single use, sequentially numbered, ideal for festivals and multi-day events. From £0.40 each.

What is the minimum order?

Minimum 50 tickets per design. Pricing is best from 250+. Single-event one-off booklets of 100 tickets is the most common order size for community events, school fundraisers and charity raffles.

Do you deliver event tickets outside London?

Yes. UK-wide tracked courier in protective boxes, usually next working day. London customers can collect free from our Putney Heath shop. International shipping available on quote.
