NCR Pads and Notepad Printing in London

NCR stands for No Carbon Required. It is a special chemically coated paper that transfers what you write on the top sheet to the copies underneath, without needing a carbon sheet. Used for invoice books, delivery notes, receipt pads.

Same day collection possible on small NCR runs (up to 10 pads) with print-ready file at our Putney Heath shop by 11am. Larger quantities and triplicate or quadruplicate sets typically 2 to 3 working days.

Yes. Unique numbers from 0001 upwards in red on every page of every pad. Standard charge £10 to £25 depending on run length. Numbers can be set in any digit format you need, e.g. 6 digit, 4 digit or prefixed.

Standard is 50 sets per pad (so duplicate = 50 white + 50 yellow). We can also do 25, 75 or 100 sets per pad. Wire bound notebooks typically 80 single sheets, glued notepads 50 sheets.

PDF at 100% size with 3mm bleed each side, CMYK colour mode, 300dpi for images, fonts outlined. Note that NCR copies (yellow, pink, green) will only print in single colour, so design accordingly. Front sheet can be full colour.

NCR pads are glued at the head with a stiff backing card and detachable sheets. Notebooks can be glued head, wire bound (spiral) or saddle stitched. Tell us your preferred binding when ordering.

Yes. Logo, company name, VAT number, terms and conditions, address, phone, website, all preprinted on every page. Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS or SVG) for crisp results.
