A roll label is a printed label supplied on a continuous roll rather than a sheet. Easier to peel and apply by hand, and essential for applicator machines used in commercial bottling and food production. Used on bottles, jars, candles, soap, cosmetics, food packaging.

Roll labels typically take 3 to 5 working days due to die-cut setup. Urgent jobs in 24 to 48 hours possible on standard rectangular shapes, ask for a rush quote. Repeat orders on existing dies usually 2 to 3 days.

Standard 76mm (3 inch) core to fit most commercial applicator machines. Smaller 25mm (1 inch) cores available for hand application or smaller machines. Tell us your machine specification when ordering.

Minimum 250 labels per unique design. Setup cost is the main fixed expense, so 1000+ labels become much cheaper per unit. For very small runs (under 250) consider our standard sheet stickers instead.

Yes. Our vinyl labels are fully waterproof and frost resistant. Will not peel off in condensation, fridge or freezer. Ideal for craft beer, kombucha, juice, sauces, cold storage food.

PDF at 100% size with 3mm bleed each side, CMYK colour mode, 300dpi for images, fonts outlined. For die-cut shapes include the cutter line on a separate spot colour layer (usually Magenta 100). We provide a free template on request.

Yes. UPC, EAN, QR codes and unique batch numbers in sequential order. Useful for food traceability, product authentication, inventory management. Add £25 to £75 depending on complexity.
