What Is Possible on the Same Day
Our same day service covers a good range of requests, but it works within the natural limits of our production capacity:

What Is NOT Possible Same Day
Being honest about limitations helps you plan properly. The following jobs cannot be completed same day:
- Orders of 50 or more pieces with the same design, as production time is simply too long
- Embroidery, which requires a digitising step and machine time that cannot be compressed into a few hours
- Complex multicolour screen printing, which involves screen making, drying and press setup that takes longer than a single working day
- Custom garment sourcing, if you need a specific blank that we do not hold in stock
If you need a large quantity or a specialist method, we recommend planning for at least three to five working days to ensure quality is not compromised.
Collection vs Express Courier
Collection from Putney is free and the fastest option. Our studio at SW15 3BD is easily accessible from South West London, with parking available nearby. You can collect from approximately 4pm on the day of your order.
Same-day courier delivery within Greater London is available for £19.99. This covers most London postcodes and typically delivers between 5pm and 8pm. This option must be selected at the time of ordering; we cannot add courier delivery once production has started.
