They are the same product. Roller banner, pull-up banner and retractable banner are all names for the same display: a printed graphic that retracts into a base unit for storage and transport. We use the terms interchangeably.

Roller banners are printed on 510gsm satin or gloss polypropylene film. Fabric pop-up stands use stretch polyester fabric. Hanging banners can be printed on fabric or 300gsm indoor vinyl. We will recommend the best material for your application.

Yes. If your existing base is a standard size, we can print a replacement graphic to fit it. Bring or measure the old print and we will produce a direct replacement. Replacement prints typically cost 30 to 40 percent less than a full banner-and-base unit.

Standard turnaround is 1 to 2 working days from artwork approval. For simple roller banners with a print-ready file, same-day printing is available if you order before 11am and collect from our Putney shop. Call ahead to confirm the slot.

800mm wide is the standard size for most indoor events. 1000mm is a popular upgrade that gives slightly more print area and visual impact. 1200mm is ideal for wider spaces such as exhibition stands or retail areas with more room. All sizes are 2000mm tall as standard.

Yes. Our double-sided roller banners have a premium base that allows the graphic to display on both sides. Ideal for high-traffic areas where the banner is visible from multiple directions. Both sides can carry different artwork.

PDF at actual print size is ideal. AI, EPS and high-resolution PNG at 150 dpi are also accepted. Always allow 5mm bleed on all edges. We will check your file before printing and advise on any changes needed.

Yes. Our in-house graphic designer can create a banner from your brief, logo and brand colours. Design work starts from £35. Provide your logo, key message and any images and we will produce a proof for your approval before printing.
